A tiered support structure providing different levels of assistance according to requirements.
Online Diagnostics
Enabling faults to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. In most cases the fault can be fixed remotely, without the need for the engineer to be called out. This service can also be used for most programming requirements.
Fast Response Times
In accordance with the telecommuncations industry guidelines, our technical services team have a consistantly high clearence rate in fixing problems. To speed up response times, all faults and relevant information are communicated directly to the field engineers via a hand held PDA.
Standard Cover
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm
- Excluding Bank Holidays.
- The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 4-8 working hours.
Business Critical
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm
- Excluding Bank Holidays
- The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 2-4 working hours.
Next Day
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm
- Excluding Bank Holidays
- The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 8-16 working hours
