Flexiplan
Our Flexi-Plan is an affordable and flexible way of managing your company’s IT needs. When you purchase a Flexi-Plan you get a number of half hour units of engineer’s on-site time. The type of support offered is very flexible making the Flexi-Plan suitable for all types of companies, with their own IT departments, and small companies who may have little or no IT skills. You can use your Flexi-Plan Units in many ways.

Our engineers will initially attempt to resolve your problems over the telephone – this service is free of charge to Flexi-Plan customers. Where a site visit is required you will be asked to sign a customer satisfaction note for the work completed. This ensures that time units are only deducted from your plan for work you have authorised and are fully satisfied with. You will also be able to check your statement at any time by accessing your password protected area of this website. The statement provides a detailed record of all the work carried out and lets you keep track of how many time units have been used. Our Flexi-Plans are available in various sizes to suit your organisation. The larger the Flexi-Plan the greater the savings over our normal service rates.
Maintenance Agreements
Support Service with maintenance In return for an annual fee we will provide the following service for your IT network equipment.
- call outs and on-site labour
- Fault diagnosis
- Remote connection.
- Faulty component replacement and or repair
- Access to our telephone Helpline during normal office hours (0845) 313 6020
Response times when place a call with our Helpdesk
We will respond to your call based on the Response Time indicated below.
- Business Critical (“BC”) 2 – 4 Hours (Normally Servers only)
- Standard (“STD”) 4 – 8 Hours (Normally PC’s not deemed “BC”).
- Next Day (“NXT”) 8 – 16 Hours (Peripherals)

Our Helpdesk working hours are, between 09:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
Weekend / Out of Hours cover, if subscribed to, applies to (BC) covered equipment only.
