Xarios Phone Manager

Xarios Phone Manager offers the ability to dial from any application, on screen call control, extension status of other users, individual call logs and the ability to know exactly which contacts are calling you prior to answering a call. Should you also wish to “Screen Pop” the relevant database record then this can be done at the click of your mouse or automatically.

And, if you have ISDN & Caller line identity available on your telephone system you can have reports and listing on incoming calls and the callers numbers.
