  • Excluding Bank Holidays.
  • The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 4-8 working hours.
Business Critical
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm
  • Excluding Bank Holidays
  • The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 2-4 working hours.
Next Day
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 5:00pm
  • Excluding Bank Holidays
  • The maintainer will respond to a fault report received within 8-16 working hours
