Commission-Free Internet Bookings

Your guests can book directly from your website into the PMS without picking up the phone and without having to pay any commission charges.  It is like having a 24 hour reservationist who always turns up!  Credit cards can be charged before the guest leaves your website, locking in their reservation.  The online group feature means that group managers can view their information online, saving you valuable time. 

Channel Management

The PMS seamlessly connects to popular internet booking sites and global distribution systems and will upload selected rates and availability and download any bookings received.  This, of course, certainly saves time, reduces errors, but more importantly is an effective and easy way to place your hotel on the Internet market.

Accounting/Sales Ledger

The PMS has a comprehensive accounting capability as well as interfaces to many industry standard accounting systems such as Sage and QuickBooks.  The Sales Ledger follows a common set of accounting principles, standards and procedures that hotels use to compile their financial statements. Reports such as aged debtors analysis, sales ledger account statements and other financial reports can be generated, providing relevant management information. 

Credit Card Interface

Having the Credit Card interface will significantly increase efficiency,  will reduce fraud and save your business money.   The Credit Card Processing module replaces the credit card terminal at your front desk and tightly integrates with your PMS.  At check-in, reception staff swipe the guest’s credit card in the Chip & Pin terminal that is connected to your PMS and an authorisation is obtained in under five seconds! All of the required information – dates of stay, folio number, authorization amount – is automatically sent by the PMS. 

Point of Sale (POS)

The POS system we supply is a cost-effective solution for your hotel bar, restaurant or gift shop.  It is simple to set up, easy to train staff on and integrates fully with the PMS so guest charges are immediately posted to the folio. 

Housekeeping and Maintenance

The PMS provides the tools and integration to ensure effective communication between the front desk and your hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance departments. 

Reports / Guest History and Marketing
