Head Office, Stratford Upon Avon

Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

General Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Scheduling appointments for on-road sales team
  • Assisting our Digital Marketing Manager
  • Collating information from our internal CRM for management reports
  • Assisting in managing all social media
  • Updating word press website
  • Managing online website chat
  • Answering incoming customer calls and dealing with accordingly

Skills/Experience:

  • Marketing or Administrative experience preferred
  • Previous experience within a telecoms or IT environment not essential but would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all Adobe products preferred
  • Methodical and logical thinking, able to carry out day to day tasks with little supervision
  • Deadline conscious
  • Reliable and able to work on own initiative
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Use initiative to identify problems and provide solutions
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas and data in written, spoken and presentation formats
